"Five stars isn't a high enough rating for this company! After getting 10 bids to have my commercial parking lot completely dug out and replaced, I decided to go with Johnny's Asphalt from Whitny PA. I researched and Googled every asphalt company with in a 50 mile radius of my property. I read many horror stories on how a lot of these companies didn't show up, didn't finish the job, had equipment that malfunctioned, or had crews that were down right disrespectful. Now I'm meticulous, but this guy has got me beat! His attention to detail is amazing! I teased him saying I could set my watch to him as he arrived at my property at the exact time he said he would be there. Johnny was on site from the first shovel of asphalt being removed to the last parking space line painted. He and his crew worked morning to night without missing a beat. The guys on his crew were so polite..."yes ma'am" "no ma'am" and everyone conducted themselves in a professional manner. My lot is on a very busy corner and the crew was able to maneuver the trucks and equipment in and out without disrupting the flow of traffic. All of Johnnys equipment is top notch, well maintained and worked flawlessly on my job. I am so pleased with the job Johnny did, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHNNY'S ASPHALT for your job!"

So anyways, he quoted and then came back with a suggestion on putting a top coat on instead of demoing. This was not only a competitive price but he and his team crushed the job.
